Location

The museum is located at 406 South Pearl Street, New London, WI.

Hours

The museum is open Mon.-Fri., 10am-5pm year-round and Sat. 10am-1pm (Labor Day through Memorial Day).

Admission

Admission to the museum is free for everyone! Free-will donations are welcome. Programs and special events may have a fee to cover costs.

Parking

The Museum parking lot is located on Cook St. On-street parking is available in front of the museum. There is no cost to park.

Accessibility

The Museum is accessible. An elevator is available. If you need special accommodations, please contact us at least two days in advance so that arrangements can be made.

Visitors

We ask that children under the age of 12 be accompanied by a responsible caregiver.

Services

Restrooms with baby changing stations are available.

Food & Drinks

Food and drinks must remain closed and stowed away during your visit. There is no eating or drinking in the museum. A drinking fountain and bottle-filling station are available.

Service Animals

Trained service animals are welcome in all spaces throughout the museum. Other supervised and leashed domesticated animals are allowed only outside of the building.

Health & Safety

Safety is the Museum’s number-one priority. Wearing a mask is optional inside the Museum. We encourage our visitors, staff, and volunteers to follow the mask-wearing practices that make them feel most comfortable. Please stay home if you feel ill or are running a fever. The museum has hand sanitizer available for guest use during your visit.

Security

Please leave large packages, backpacks, etc. in your vehicle or by the front door of the museum. No flash photography is allowed. Many of the artifacts on display are light-sensitive.
