Temporarily Closed
The New London Public Museum is TEMPORARILY Closed until Tuesday, June 9th while the library moves to their new location. We will reopen on Tuesday June 9th at 10am. Our new hours will be Tues-Fri 10am-5pm & Sat 10am-1pm.
Milk Condensing, Cheese Production and Cold Storage
From National Condensing, Borden's, Saputo Cheese and now Hilker Warehousing, see the history of the largest condensing and later cheese factory in New London. Learn about the importance of Milk Condensing and how, with the ongoing efforts of our local farmers and dedicated employees, New London became the Swiss Cheese Capital of the World!
